Tax-free Logistics Center
(B) is the key part of the diversified tax-free logistics
surveillance system. It goes against the traditional rules
that the imported cargos should be stored separately.
In addition, it launched new tax return rules to the investors
of the park with the goal of “multi-layered incentives,
joint advantages, resource integration and function integration”.
Up to now, there are only four tax-free logistics centers
(B) nation wide. Beijing Airport Tax-free Logistics Center
(B) is the only one that is based on by the airport.
Beijing Airport Tax-free Logistics Center (B) is one
of the most important features of the Ta Tong Guan Base
of Beijing Capital Airport. It is planned in conjunction
with the Ta Tong Guan Base. The custom’s supervision helps
to realize the interflow between the tax-free logistics
center and Beijing Capital Airport. Beijing Airport Logistics
Center (B) is scheduled to break ground in May 2006 and
the first phase project, 50,000 square meters large, will
be put into operation in October 2006.
